This course is specifically designed to promote the standard emergency management protocols for dealing with an asthma emergency, and raise participant’s knowledge about the underlying causes of asthma, the triggers, and the recognition and treatment of asthma.
10760NAT Course in Asthma Awareness is designed to promote the the standard emergency management protocols for dealing with an asthma emergency, and raise participants knowledge about the underlying causes of asthma, the triggers, and recognition and treatment of asthma.
This course meets current ACECQA requirements for Asthma Management Training.
To ensure high standards, Asthma Foundation NT delivers nationally recognized training in partnership with Asthma Australia - RTO No. 4987 (http://www.asthma.org.au)
Upon successful completion, the student will receive a statement of Attainment issued by Asthma Australia
There is no specific entry requirements or pre-requisites. However, it is recommended that students have a literacy and numeracy competencies equivalent to the National Reporting System (NRS) Level 2
Weekdays - $75.00 per person
Weekday evenings - $75.00 per person (minimum 6 participants)
Saturdays - $95.00 per person (minimum 10 participants)
