My experience with the Asthma Foundation was very professional and educational, extremely helpful when I was in need of help, the educator was straight to the point and caring. Everyone from the receptionist to the educators were extremely helpful. Without their education my circumstances may not have turned out the way it did, so I'm very grateful for their service.

The educator was so professional, empathetic and kind. She thoroughly and carefully explained how asthma occurs and gave me relevant education and information and suitable suggestions. Staff were also very professional and friendly when booking in and clearly explained the booking process to me. What an excellent service that is offered, I was so impressed. The community are lucky to have this resource available.

Really informative and relatable consult. Not an overload of medical/ scientific terminology so was easy to take in and retain, Super knowledgeable staff and a great service

My asthma has improved significantly, reducing the amount of times I reach & take my puffers. I feel more mobile & I don't suffer from shortness of breath all that much now. Thanks for the support & education I received on taking my inhalers correctly, sufficiently & reassuring me that all will be alright. I look forward to my review in a few months for my follow up. I was so impressed with the services your staff provided. All information was provided so clearly, and all my questions were answered. I received written resources and products to enable me to immediately manage my asthma. The educator was a great communicator, very thorough and provided great examples and explanations which ensured I left with all the information I needed, and also how to get additional info should I need it in the future. Top marks to the educator and your organisation.
